Graeme Jenkins - Luxembourg

Graeme is a seasoned executive and non-executive board member who has served on the boards of funds, investment companies and listed vehicles since 2013. He holds prominent board roles in both regulated and unregulated Luxembourg structures and brings extensive expertise in corporate governance and oversight. He is the co-founder and Head of Legal & Compliance at LightWay Partners S.à r.l.-S, a boutique Luxembourg service provider founded by industry veterans aiming to disrupt the market with proactive, hands-on, high-quality service for a select clientele.

Ingrida Lunyte - Luxembourg

Ingrida brings over 13 years of finance‐industry experience in Luxembourg, having held legal and supervisory roles at major Luxembourg based Corporate Service Providers before co-founding LightWay Partners S.à r.l.-S. Since 2016 she has served on the management boards of various Luxembourg-domiciled entities—including securitisation vehicles, general partners and CSSF-regulated funds. In her capacity there, she advises, guides and oversees SPVs across a broad spectrum of industries, with particular expertise in securitisations and other capital-markets transactions, as well as private-equity and real-estate investments.

Kailash Ramassur - Luxembourg

Kailash Ramassur is a qualified chartered accountant—an Expert-comptable and member of Luxembourg’s Ordre des Experts-Comptables, as well as a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants—and holds a BSc (Hons) in Accounting with Finance from the University of Mauritius. He advises and oversees a portfolio of special-purpose vehicles (SPVs) and manages the accounting services function at LightWay Partners S.à r.l.-S. With nearly ten years’ audit experience—predominantly at a Big 4 firm in Mauritius and Luxembourg—Kailash focused in particular on securitisation structures. In January 2015 he transitioned to corporate services, heading accounting-oversight and outsourcing-oversight functions at two major Luxembourg providers. A Mauritian citizen residing in Luxembourg, he is fluent in English and French and serves as director/manager on numerous management boards, including general partners, both regulated and unregulated securitisation companies, private-equity and real-estate investment vehicles, and holding companies.

Smita Jootun - Mauritius

Smita Jootun is a qualified chartered accountant, a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants—and holds a BSc (Hons) in Accounting with Information Systems from the University of Mauritius. She manages a portfolio of special-purpose vehicles (SPVs) as well as the accounting services function at LightWay Partners (Mauritius) Ltd. With over a decade of experience in securitisation structures, Smita has worked mainly for 2 major service providers in Mauritius. Fluent in both English and French, Smita has a proven track record in portfolio management, delivering quality accounting services and ensuing client satisfaction. Proficient in multiple accounting software, Smita is keen to leverage expertise to consistently improving reporting accuracy and efficiency.
